Wendy B. Wenger has been working as a therapist and advocate for children and adults since she graduated with her Master’s Degree in Psychology in 1980 from Pennsylvania State University. She has worked with many local, state wide, and international organizations for most of her career life. She uses traditional and alternative therapeutic techniques to help individuals, couples, and families with many different important life issues. She currently works as a Life Coach helping those who wish to enhance the quality of their lives.

Early in life Wendy knew that her purpose had to include helping others. This started in her early life as she, her sister and mother volunteered in different organizations helping those who were less fortunate. In addition, as with all life experiences, Wendy learned that life is its best teacher. Early events helped her to recognize that she wanted to give hope and healing to others as she had been given.

Wendy has done just that with her many years of helping others as a therapist and advocate. She has also written picture books and early readers focused in dream and awake life. Her stories all have a helpful message hidden in an exciting adventure. These adventures are designed to help encourage creative thinking, problem solving, and self-exploration by offering skills that lead to healthy relationships with self and others. The Mac-A-Doo and MAC stories were first conceived as a method to help her own children, who were adopted from Haiti.

All the stories are based upon her children’s real-life experiences. Most of the stories take place in a dream environment which encourages children to use their dreams to learn more about themselves and demystifies the dreaming process allowing children to not be frightened by their nocturnal stores. The Mac-A-Doo and MAC stories help in identifying and trusting inner wisdom.

Her first writing attempt over twenty years ago was with her mother who was an elementary school teacher. Along with sharing the Mac-A-Doo character who turned into a dream companion extraordinaire, her mother also shared her writing skills learned from many years working with children. It was her dying wish to publish a children’s story and these stories bring her wish to fruition.

Wendy has been published in local newsletters, newspapers and her stories have been used in her son's school district. Two of the stories won awards from a local Council of the Arts.

Djacson Stvil is a Newark, New Jersey-based illustrator specializing in digital media since 2010. Deeply influenced by his father, Daniel, and the artistry of Yoji Shinkawa, Djacson has cultivated a style that balances meticulous detail with expressive storytelling. His journey began in childhood, sketching characters from the Metal Gear Solid booklet and borrowing art books with his brother to redraw various images. During college, he entertained his dorm mates with caricatures of them as Star Wars characters, showcasing his knack for blending imagination with personality.

Djacson's father, Daniel, was a general contractor with a passion for architecture, music, and painting. Daniel's work often incorporated religious themes, instilling in Djacson a deep appreciation for creative expression and artistic discipline. This early exposure to art was later reinforced through formal training in form, shadowing, color theory, and graphic design after Djacson graduated high school in 2010.

His creative process begins with croquis-style sketches to conceptualize projects, followed by digital refinement in Clip Studio, where he vectorizes and cleans the design. He carefully layers color, shadowing, and intricate details to capture moods and atmospheres. Inspired by the storytelling and characters of Metal Gear Solid, Djacson channels his love for narrative art into every project.

Beyond video games, Djacson draws inspiration from 90s Nickelodeon classics like Hey Arnold, Rugrats, SpongeBob SquarePants, and The Fairly Odd Parents. These influences guide his aesthetic decisions, particularly when creating for children's books. He also studies anime and cartoons, observing how animators bring their ideas to life to stay motivated and refine his craft.

In 2020, Djacson extended his love for the creative process to web development, learning front-end languages to create visually appealing and engaging websites. What began as a technical challenge quickly became one of his favorite hobbies, combining his artistic sensibilities with coding to build immersive online experiences.

Djacson is passionate about helping others express their ideas through art and envisions a future where he creates his own series of children’s comics and young adult graphic novels, continuing his journey of storytelling and creativity.
